What works in a 350Z with HR engine should work in a 370z - same basic architecture underneath .... but "why"

I guess if you had the whole 2JZ-GTE complete with twins and all the associated plumbing and your Nissan v6 was dead and you were looking for something different, it might be a fun option, otherwise it would be a shame to pull that gorgeous 3.7 outta there. Then you would have to get it engineered, etc. Would all of your sensors work? Probably not. Lot of adapting, rewiring, plumbing. Big job. Dunno if it would be worth it.

you mention you want to get it registered, so I assume its not a track only car, therefor don't quote me but my understanding is the engine going in must be the same year or newer than that of the engine it's replacing, (or something along those lines hehe)

Hi mate,   Welcome. I run a very stock 2009 370z and have had zero problems. I think it depends on how you drive it and what you do to it. The only thing I can warn you about is the very limited rear 180deg view, e.g., behind your ears back. That said, its a sports car so kinda to be expected and you will learn to cope. Cheers.

Yea I saw that cougar motors offer for supply and install of the AAM TT kit. Seems ludacris to me, since the kit cost me around 12K-16K alone for labor because of all the modification and fab work needed.   But anyways if thats what they offer as a business thats what they have to uphold. Just wish I saw it before I did my build.

I was wondering if the Victoria Japanese style plates fit the rear stock bumper slot of a 350z? I've done the measurements but it's hard to tell if it will just fit or be slightly too big.
Does anybody have them on their 350Z?
