need to get a compression test done or leaks leakdown test to determine if the problem is the head or block.

sometimes you got to bite the bullet and take it to nissan

Nope. No video for me. Until late 2011, 370z's still suffered from timing chain oil gallery gasket failure . This manifests itself by showing low oil pressure when tested and a miss fire as the vvt doesn't work correctly due to the low oil pressure.however it doesn't usually cause oil loss as the oil runs back into the sump. My first port of call would be read the codes with a cheap code reader (I'm in victoria and would lend you mine) and next would be a compression test (I have a compression tester I'd lend out too) to rule out any major mechanical issues. Like I said it could be a $20 plastic pcv valve

You don't say how many km's your doing in 6 weeks so can't tell if the oil consumption is high. If you think it is high then maybe look at your pcv valve, a faulty pcv can cause excessive oil consumption . It can also cause oil to get into the combustion chamber causing misfires and smoking. You can read codes with cheap devices you can buy yourself

Need more info really. Maybe upload a video so we can hear it. How is the idle? Does it get worse when it’s warmed up. Is it making any knocking noises?. Burning much oil /coolant. Is the engine light on?

Could be a faulty coil pack/spark plug. Pull the plugs put and see if you can find an oily one

Cold air intake may (especially if it's oiled filters) may have caused your maf sensors to get dirty. Try cleaning your maf sensors
